Another most interesting event in Benaulim other than the beach is the Bull fight which starts in early October to late May, from 4 pm onwards. These bull fights are usually held in an old rice field with no fences around it, just outside the village on the beat of taped Konkani music.

The best time to visit Benaulim Beach is from December to February. If you plan to stay at Benaulim beach then there are a few hotels or else you can also rent houses if you stay for a longer time.
